1. Introduction and Scope

Tradury LLC, operating as The Tradury (“The Tradury,” “Tradury,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our website (tradury.com), our Discord community, our Whop store, coaching, and related services (the “Service”). It applies to all members and visitors.

2. Information We Collect

  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs provided by Discord, Whop, or our website host.

3. How We Use Information

  • To operate the Service, manage access, and deliver content you request.
  • To review coaching applications and schedule sessions.
  • To process purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
  • To communicate about the Service, policies, and changes.
  • To improve content using aggregate information, such as which markets members want to learn.
  • To protect members and staff, prevent fraud and impersonation, and enforce our Terms.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this Policy first and provide any opt-out the law requires. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers: Discord (community platform), Whop (membership, checkout, and payments), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and Network Solutions (business email), each only to deliver the Service. Embedded tools such as TradingView charts are subject to their providers’ own privacy policies.
  • Legal compliance: to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With consent: when you direct us to share information.

5. Cookies, Do Not Track, and Opt-Out Signals

Our website uses only cookies needed for hosting, security, and basic operation. We do not track you across third-party websites, so we do not change our practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals. We honor Global Privacy Control and other recognized universal opt-out signals as a request to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including two-factor authentication on administrative accounts where available and least-privilege access for staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

  • Membership and sign-up answers: while your membership is active and for twenty-four (24) months after it ends.
  • Coaching applications not accepted: twelve (12) months from submission.
  • Transaction and tax records: seven (7) years, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
  • Support messages: twenty-four (24) months after the request is closed.

When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Rights

  • All members: you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information by emailing hello@tradury.com. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, extendable once by forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, and will tell you if we extend.
  • New Jersey residents: where the New Jersey Data Privacy Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-166.4 et seq.) applies, you have the rights it provides, including the right to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and profiling. We extend these rights to all members regardless of whether the Act’s thresholds apply to us.
  • Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing hello@tradury.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to an appeal within forty-five (45) days.
  • Verification: we may verify a request by confirming information linked to your account.
  • Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen (13), consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

10. Data Breach Notification

If a breach of security compromises your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by applicable law, including New Jersey’s breach notification law (N.J.S.A. 56:8-163).

11. International Data Transfers

Tradury operates in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States and those locations.
